A NOTE TO PARENTS
Strider & Friends is a preschool adventure series built on a simple idea: every child has a Superspark. And every Superspark needs balance.
Each story follows Strider and the Squad as they roll through the trails, creeks, and hidden paths of Rolling Ridge, facing the same challenges real kids face every day: big feelings, waiting their turn, planning before acting, trying again after a wipeout, and knowing when to ask for help.
Every rider has a Superspark, their natural strength, and a Wobble, what happens when that Superspark runs a little too hot. To make this easy and fun for kids, each Wobble has a name: a "Case of the…" moment that is temporary, playful, and judgment-free.
Strider gets a Case of the Drifties when his imagination pulls him off the trail. Bandit gets a Case of the Big Feelies when too many emotions pile up at once. Harper gets a Case of the Spillzies when her thoughts, tools, and ideas come tumbling out faster than she can sort them. Max gets a Case of the Can't Doozies when he skips the steps and his confidence gives out. Jet gets a Case of the Revvies when the excitement builds so fast she zooms off before anyone is ready. And Wagon? Wagon gets a Case of the Stinkies. Every time.
These aren't flaws. They're moments every child recognizes, and every episode shows them how to find their balance again.
Guiding every adventure are the Five Spokes: balance, friendship, kindness, acceptance, and determination. Just like a real Strider wheel needs all five spokes to stay balanced, every rider in the Squad needs all five values to grow, ride, and find their way home.

Strider finds his balance when his imagination pulls him off the trail. Bandit opens his heart so his big feelings don't turn into a mud storm. Harper leads with kindness, sharing every tool, gadget, and rubber ducky she's got. Max shows determination by climbing back up the ramp, scrape still stinging, and trying again. And Jet and Wagon? They prove that the best adventures happen when nobody gets left behind. That's friendship. That's acceptance. That's the whole Squad.
Every time the wheel turns, all five values turn with it. And when kids look down at their own Strider wheels, they see the same thing: balance, friendship, kindness, acceptance, and determination. Not just the values of the Squad. Their own.
